About the Role: We are seeking a high-performing Technology Sales Hunter with a strong background in software services and solutions sales within the banking and financial services industry.
The role is critical in driving revenue growth by acquiring new banking clients, developing strategic relationships, and delivering tailored technology solutions. Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development:
Identify, prospect, and acquire new banking and financial institution clients for software services.
Build a robust sales pipeline through industry networks, targeted outreach, and cold prospecting.
Develop and execute strategies to penetrate key accounts and expand market presence.
Solution Selling & Account Management:
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless post-sale delivery.
Achieve and exceed revenue targets through disciplined pipeline management and strategic sales planning
Collaboration & Reporting:
Partner with marketing teams to develop campaigns and sales materials targeting banking clients.
Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage leads, track progress, and provide accurate forecasts.
Provide regular performance updates and market insights to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of technology sales experience, with a strong focus on banking and financial services.
Proven experience selling software solutions such as digital transformation, AI-driven services, or SaaS products.
Hunter mindset – expertise in developing new logos and penetrating new accounts.
At least 3 years of FinTech domain experience.
Strong knowledge of banking industry challenges, trends, and regulatory frameworks.
Expertise in consultative and solution-based selling techniques.
Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce.
Nice to Have Qualifications:
Experience working in or selling to large banking institutions.
Familiarity with digital lending, AI-driven analytics, and other financial technology solutions.
