We are currently looking for a General Manager for one of our clients in Bolton.
Position: General Manager ( requires experience in the financial industry with experience in FCA reporting and general management)
Location: Onsite in Bolton
Starting Date: July 2024
Salary: In the region of £45,000 per annum, depending on experience

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the company.
- Lead and develop a small team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all financial and regulatory requirements, including FCA reporting.
- Implement and maintain effective management systems and procedures.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure operational excellence.
- Monitor team performance, providing coaching and mentorship to drive results.
- Manage workload distribution and ensure deadlines are met, including working additional hours as necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the financial industry, with specific expertise in FCA reporting.
- Previous experience in managing a small team.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle high levels of responsibility and critical decision-making.
- Experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and take on challenges as they arise.
