We are currently looking for a Hospitality Sales Executive for one of our clients in the professional sports world.

The main objective of this position is to meet and exceed sales goals as specified by the Sales Director.

This includes enhancing profitability and occupancy rates for the Premier Suite while maintaining the highest standards throughout the client journey. The role involves efficient handling of all inquiries and active participation in the sales strategy of the Premier Suite.

What You´ll Do:
- Handle all incoming inquiries with a focus on the Premier Suite, adhering to company standards and supporting general inquiries as necessary.
- Seize every opportunity to maximize sales, with a particular focus on Premier Suite inquiries.
- Actively participate in the development and implementation of sales strategies for the Premier Suite, and contribute to weekly strategy meetings.
- Foster strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct professional show rounds to maximize client engagement and interest.
- Proactively follow up on all lost and cancelled business to regain bookings.
- Convert tentative bookings into confirmed contracts, aiming for no fall-out from existing bookings.
- Conduct post-event follow-ups to ensure continued client satisfaction.
- Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of all venue products and services.
- Collaborate with the Hotel Reservations Team to manage conference and banqueting accommodations and rates.
- Promptly and professionally handle customer feedback and complaints under the guidance of a manager.
- Support colleagues, supervisors, and the management team to ensure effective teamwork and high morale.
- Maximize sales conversion opportunities on designated sales days.
- Perform daily monitoring of all inquiries and track conversion rates.
- Represent the organization professionally at all times and provide exemplary customer service.
- Undertake additional duties as necessary to meet the organization's objectives, as identified by the Sales Director.
- Maintain respectful and positive communication with all colleagues.

- Experience in hospitality sales.
- Familiarity with IVvy or similar systems, though training will be provided.
