What it Takes:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product development, preferably in the HVAC industry.
- Strong experience with CAD software and product design.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering results.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
- A proactive and positive approach

- Full UK Driving Licence
What You´ll Do:
1. Product Improvement and Innovation:
- Lead efforts in enhancing the performance and features of existing HVAC products.

- Oversee the development process of new HVAC products from ideation to launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
3. Product Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Conduct rigorous testing of products to ensure reliability and compliance with industry standards.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards in product performance.
4. Sourcing and Supplier Management:
- Identify and source new materials and technologies to improve product efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
5. Technical Expertise and CAD Proficiency:
- Utilize CAD software for product design and development.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements.
