Position: Junior Data Solutions Analyst
Role Classification: SALES ROLE!

Location: Full-time onsite in Manchester
Background:
- Education: Holds a technical or analytical degree, potentially combined with business studies. Examples include degrees in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a dual degree involving technology and business administration.
Experience:
- Nice to have experience in sales, particularly with demos and system mapping.
- Likely has some startup or reorganization (reorg) experience, possibly in a graduate role or an early-career position that offered substantial autonomy and required self-direction.
- Experience with large data sets, capable of analyzing organizational processes and turning data into actionable insights and reports.
Skills:
- Proficient with analytics.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to deal with ambiguity and large data. Adept at conducting detailed analyses and translating findings into clear, concise reports. Ask questions, get answers and turn these data sets into reports that can be used to create sales solutions that'll add value to clients' needs.
- Sales and Commercial Skills: Demonstrated ability to understand and execute sales strategies, with a focus on being commercial and understanding market needs
- An interest in FinTech
