Job Title: Sales Administrator/Support & Office Management

Location: Hybrid, Manchester and 3 days remote , part-time would be most likely ok too

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Sales Administrator/Support & Office Manager to join a dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting our sales and management teams, ensuring seamless operations, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

This role would suit candidates with children who can work their rota according to their childcare needs or flexible hours. You'll get your weekly tasks and work in alignment with your daily calendar.

What it Takes:

- Proven experience in a sales administration or support role

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Proficiency in office management software and CRM systems

- Telephone manners and call handling:

*Exhibit professional and courteous telephone manners at all times

* Answer, screen, and direct calls with efficiency and tact

* Provide accurate information to callers and ensure queries are addressed promptly

- A proactive and positive approach

- Team-oriented

- Dependable, honest, and approachable

- Full UK Driving Licence

What You´ll Do:

1. Internal Communication and Support:

- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

- Redirect calls and inquiries to appropriate team members, ensuring a smooth workflow.

- Shield management from unnecessary interruptions while ensuring critical information is relayed.

2. General Office Management:

- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth running of the workplace.

- Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors.

- Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
