Position: Sales Manager - Government and Public Sector

About the Role: This Sales Manager - Government and Public Sector position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing team within a global leader in satellite communications.

Based in Warsaw, Poland, this role is pivotal in strengthening the company's presence in the Polish public sector while also expanding its customer base in the field of satellite communication. The role is integral to the company's commercial operations, providing a platform for an ambitious individual to grow their sales career and contribute significantly to the business's success.

Client: Our client provides satellite and radio communication services, offering secure and high-quality voice and data services worldwide, regardless of location or time. It also delivers customized system solutions tailored to specific customer needs.

The organization operates across several countries, including Several European countries, Singapore, and the USA, employing approximately 250 people globally.

Location: Warsaw, Poland+ up to 6 Days/Month Remote

What You´ll Do:

- Account Management: Manage existing accounts to maximize growth opportunities and ensure continued business development.

- New Business Development: Identify and approach potential new customers, focusing on expanding the company's reach within the government market.

- Product and Solution Promotion: Ensure that all clients, both existing and prospective, are fully informed about the company’s portfolio, including hardware, airtime, projects, parts, and services.

- Sales Support: Provide dedicated sales support to specified customers, handling their requests professionally and efficiently to meet or exceed expectations.

- Reseller and Agent Management: Work with existing Resellers and Agents while identifying and onboarding new ones to expand business opportunities where appropriate.

- Order and Service Management: Ensure that sales orders and service issues are managed smoothly, keeping customers informed about delivery and resolution processes at all times.

            What We´ll Expect:

            - Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, with a strong focus on account management and new business development.

            - Market Knowledge: A deep understanding of the satellite communication industry is advantageous, but a willingness to learn and quickly adapt to this field is also valued.

            - Customer Focus: Strong customer relationship skills, with the ability to work independently and maintain excellent communication via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.

            - Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Polish and English is essential for this role.

            - Personal Qualities: A self-driven, results-oriented individual with a professional attitude, flexibility, and a strong commercial awareness. You should be both a business hunter and a team player, capable of working unsupervised while contributing to the team’s success.
