Job Overview

We are looking for a QC Analyst - Sr. Executive to join a team in the Netherlands. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in quality control functions within the pharmaceutical industry and a strong understanding of CGMP regulations.

Role & Responsibilites

  • Perform analysis of assigned samples and chromatographic tests using valid procedures and calibrated instruments.
  • Conduct instrumental analysis independently, including HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with CGMP regulations and document all activities as per Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
  • Maintain laboratory equipment, perform instrument validation, qualification, and calibration.
  • Report abnormal observations of OOS (Out of Specification), OOT (Out of Trend), and analytical incidents.
  • Ensure timely release of finished product (FP) analysis according to set commitment dates.
  • Participate in GMP/customer audits and contribute to process improvements.
  • Maintain good relations with internal stakeholders and external service providers.

MUST-HAVE Qualifications

  • Educational Qualification: B.Sc. in Chemistry OR Bachelor of Pharmacy or Equivalent to Secondary Vocational Education (MBO) with 5+ years of experience OR Higher Professional Education (HBO) with 1-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience & Skills:
    • 1-3 years of experience in a quality control function within a pharmaceutical organization.
    • Strong knowledge of CGMP regulations and GLP best practices.
    • Experience in lab maintenance, sample analysis, and analytical reporting.
    • English language proficiency is required.
  • Work Authorization:
    • Candidates must be European Citizens or hold a valid work permit that does not require sponsorship.

Interview Process

  • 2 to 3 rounds of interviews, including technical and managerial assessments.
  • Candidates must already be based in the Netherlands or willing to relocate.
