We are looking for a Senior Manager ServiceNow for one of our clients in Germany.


Germany (Frankfurt, Munich, Dusseldorf, Cologne, Berlin, Stuttgart, Bremen or Hamburg)

You’ll often work on-site to personally understand and influence our clients – so you’ll also need to be ready for regular travel.


  • Acting as a leader across all aspects of ServiceNow projects and solution delivery
  • Support the formal sales process, RFI & RFP responses, with responsibility for the overall ServiceNow solution
  • Scoping and delivering Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements with prospects 
  • Work with the wider company group on opportunities where ServiceNow is required
  • Provide expert advice to clients and internal teams on the ServiceNow application and how this can be used to address business problems
  • Drive continuous improvement of implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experience
  • Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, security etc
  • Providing trusted advice on how digital transformation and technology enablement can lead to improved performance
  • Identifying sales opportunities to generate new business

What you bring to the Table:

  • 7+ years of ServiceNow Product Market experience
  • Consulting Sector experience
  • Experience in continuous improvement of implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experience
  • In depth understanding of the ServiceNow marketplace
  • A proven record of excellence in managing a solutions-driven team at a senior level
  • A customer-focused approach to work, and the ability to translate often-complex requirements into decisive digital platform strategies
  • The confidence to build lasting relationships and influence senior colleagues and clients from a wide range of backgrounds
  • A flair for identifying and capitalizing on new revenue streams
