We are looking for a Senior Manager ServiceNow for one of our clients in Germany.
Location:
Germany (Frankfurt, Munich, Dusseldorf, Cologne, Berlin, Stuttgart, Bremen or Hamburg)

You’ll often work on-site to personally
understand and influence our clients – so you’ll also need to be
ready for regular travel.
Tasks:
- Acting
as a leader across all aspects of ServiceNow projects and solution
delivery
- Support
the formal sales process, RFI & RFP responses, with
responsibility for the overall ServiceNow solution
- Scoping
and delivering Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements with
prospects
- Work
with the wider company group on opportunities where ServiceNow is
required
- Provide
expert advice to clients and internal teams on the ServiceNow
application and how this can be used to address business problems
- Drive
continuous improvement of implementation methodology and service
offerings based on client experience
- Responsible
for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the
products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving
business needs, security etc
- Providing
trusted advice on how digital transformation and technology
enablement can lead to improved performance
- Identifying
sales opportunities to generate new business
What you bring to the Table:
- 7+
years of ServiceNow Product Market experience

Sector experience

Experience
in continuous improvement of implementation methodology and service
offerings based on client experience
- In
depth understanding of the ServiceNow marketplace
- A
proven record of excellence in managing a solutions-driven team at a
senior level

customer-focused approach to work, and the ability to translate
often-complex requirements into decisive digital platform strategies
- The
confidence to build lasting relationships and influence senior
colleagues and clients from a wide range of backgrounds
- A
flair for identifying and capitalizing on new revenue streams
