Position: Junior H&S Administrator
Employment Type: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract in an embedded team
Salary: £26,500 - £27,500 per annum (pro-rata)
Location: Home-based with occasional travel to Birmingham
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior H&S Administrator to join a team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a solid foundation in HSE principles, looking to gain valuable experience in a corporate/finance environment while supporting an embedded team within a financial institution.
You will play a crucial role in reviewing, monitoring, and reporting on HSE activities and ensuring compliance with agreed timescales. This position requires the ability to work across multiple platforms and collaborate effectively with consultants and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing Incident/accident data and taking actions on HSBC Platforms
- Dealing with Consultants and contractors
- Allocating actions to area-specific consultants
- Booking accommodation
- Populating Databases with Accident / Incident data, following up on actions to agreed timescales
- Reviewing timesheets
- Reviewing Incident tracking
- Reviewing Fire Risk Assessment Action Plans
- Developing H&S Team Monthly Information Reports from info provided by the above platforms and consultant reports
