Job Title: Radio Advertising Sales Manager
Location: Lancashire (Remote considered)
Company: Local Dab Radio Station
Compensation: £200 monthly retainer + 20% commission on all advertising sales revenue

They´re passionate about supporting local businesses and bringing authentic, community-driven content to our listeners. As they grow its footprint, they're looking for a driven Sales Manager to help power its next chapter.
Role Overview:
They´re looking for a charismatic, self-motivated Advertising Sales Manager to sell on-air and digital advertising packages to local and regional businesses. You'll be the face of the client in the commercial world — identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships, and helping businesses connect with our loyal audience.
What You’ll Do:

Identify, contact, and pitch to local businesses across Lancashire

Sell advertising airtime, sponsorships, and digital media packages

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

Create tailored advertising proposals to meet client objectives

Work closely with the production team to bring client campaigns to life

Hit monthly revenue goals (with plenty of earning potential)
What We’re Looking For:

Proven sales experience in media or radio sales

Great communication and relationship-building skills

Self-starter with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset

Knowledge of the Lancashire business community is an advantage
